Foam Shield Guarantee

Every VAULT250 foam insert is built to hold its shape, cushion your slabs, and stay clean for the long term. 

Applies to foam inserts in the Slab Case Outlook series only.

Available to customers based in Singapore.

What's covered

Up to 2 years of free warranty coverage

If your Slab Case Outlook foam insert develops a manufacturing defect within 24 months of purchase, we will replace it at no cost. This covers issues like premature collapse, splitting along cut lines, or material breakdown under normal indoor use.

30 day returns

If the product is not right for you, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. 

Eligibility

The Foam Shield Guarantee applies to foam inserts purchased as part of, or for use with, the Slab Case Outlook series (including the Chrono Edition). It does not extend to foam used in or with any other VAULT250 product, including the BLOCK Series, Slab Case Mini, or ExhibitGuard Series. 

Coverage is available only to customers with a Singapore delivery address at the time of original purchase. Replacements and returns are processed within Singapore and cannot be shipped overseas, even if the original order was fulfilled to a Singapore address and later moved abroad.

How the warranty works

To keep the guarantee fair and sustainable for everyone, the following terms apply:

  • Coverage applies to Slab Case Outlook foam inserts only
  • One free replacement per 12-month period, per customer
  • Photo verification of the defect is required before a replacement is issued
  • Original proof of purchase must be provided
  • Coverage applies to defects in materials and workmanship, not damage from misuse, modification, or exposure to extreme conditions
  • Approved replacements are sent within 5 working days, or may be exchanged in person at a tradeshow we are attending that month. 

What is not covered

  • Foam inserts from any product outside the Slab Case Outlook series
  • Normal wear from frequent handling or repeated insertion and removal of slabs
  • Damage from liquids, direct sunlight, or extreme heat
  • Cuts, tears, or compressions caused by overloading or forcing slabs that exceed the insert's designed dimensions
  • Foam used outside of VAULT250 cases

How to make a claim

Email us at hello@vault250.com with the following:

  1. Your order number
  2. Where you purchased the Slab Case Outlook (Shopee, VAULT250.com, or a tradeshow)
  3. If purchased at a tradeshow, which specific tradeshow
  4. Date of purchase
  5. Clear photos of the foam insert showing the issue

We aim to respond within 3 working days. Approved claims are processed and shipped from our Singapore warehouse.
