Refund policy

VAULT250 have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The policy starts from the date your order is delivered. The date of delivery will be stated in your tracking, and you will be informed of your tracking details when your order has shipped.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@vault250.com stating your order number and email address used at checkout. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns and Refunds are only eligible to customers who have purchased a product from our website, www.vault250.com. VAULT250 will not be able to process Returns and Refunds requests from customers who had made a purchase via other marketplace platforms such as Shopee, Amazon, Carousell etc (Please contact customer service of the marketplace platform you had previously used to see if they are able to help).

Change of Mind / 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Item shows heavy signs of use (e.g. stains, scratches)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Important: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee is limited to one order per customer and per household.
Items cannot be requested for returns after 30 days from the date of delivery.
Only eligible to customers who made a purchase via www.vault250.com website as we require the direct order details to start the process.
Not eligible to customers who purchase VAULT250 products from third-party marketplace platforms such as Shopee, Amazon, Carousell etc.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet after 7-14 business days, please contact us.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We only replace products if they are defective or damaged. To be eligible for a replacement, we require clear photo/video evidence of the defect. 

If you do not report the damage to us within 48 hour of the delivery date, we may not be able to honour your claim. We utilize the timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests.

Shipping

Return shipping will be fully paid and arranged by the customer to the mailing address provided by info@vault250.com.

Trackable shipping service must be used for all returns and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
